Corporate responsibility at GSK Ireland

As a values-based business, we take our responsibilities seriously...and we are serious about making a difference to patients and consumers in Ireland and to supporting the communities in which we live and work.  Our stakeholders expect us to act ethically and responsibly - and we want to exceed their expectations. Our employees choose to work in a company that makes a contribution to society and in a company which allows them to get a real sense of meaning and purpose from their work and their daily activities.” Sally Storey, GM & VP GSK Pharmaceuticals Ireland.

In Ireland, GSK supports the communities where we live and work in a number of ways. All GSK employees are actively encouraged to get involved in our community programmes, whether it is supporting Barretstown, volunteering with our chosen charity of the year or nominating local charities or community groups for support through our community impact awards.

The community impact awards scheme supports employees in fundraising activities in their communities (local sports clubs, meals on wheels and primary and secondary schools)
